RBLI and Pathways

Employment Solutions, a division of RBLI, has been delivering employment-related service to people with health conditions and disabilities for many years.

We were established some 80 years ago in Aylesford, Kent to help ex-service men and women with rehabilitation and employment. Since then, our services have been extended to help any individual with a disability or health condition return to work and we now deliver our services across Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and in the North East and South West of England.

As a result of our success in supporting customers back to work, along with our delivery of high quality in-work support to ensure employment can be sustained, we were awarded the opportunity to deliver Pathways to Work in Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

Working with a team of sub-contractors, we deliver Pathways to Work in Kent as sole provider and in Surrey and Sussex as one of a choice of two providers.

Pathways to Work allows us to extend the service we deliver as a highly successful back to work provider, to include undertaking Work Focused Interviews for our customers (currently undertaken by Jobcentre Plus) and build a Condition Management Programme into our service portfolio.

This is a really exciting opportunity for us to pull together a number of support services which allows us to work even more effectively with customers, providing: preparation for work, benefits advice, back-to-work financial calculations, training, advice on managing their health conditions and in-work support to help sustain long-term employment.
