LifeWorks+
LifeWorks Plus is a residential course with a number of options, depending on your needs:
The course is led by skilled assessors and coaches in small groups of up to ten – so you will get personal attention and guidance as well as the opportunity to share your experience with your fellow participants in a relaxed and friendly environment of mutual support.
The LifeWorks Plus 5-day course incorporates these modules:
- A LifeWorks assessment
- The value of work
- How to write a winning CV
- How to search, find and apply for jobs
- How to be successful at interview
You will also:
- Work with your coach to develop your personal action plan
- Receive our ‘Toolkit’ – your own manual of information material to refer back to once you go home

Receive ongoing support through our telephone helpline for as long as you need it
The LifeWorks Plus 5-day course also incorporates:
Coaching for Change – an additional two-day module designed to help you motivate yourself to achieve positive outcomes, understand how to develop and increase self-belief, how to manage unhelpful thinking and how to overcome the limiting beliefs and obstacles that could stop you from working.
