RBLI are proud to deliver ‘Work Programme’ to the Kent and Sussex areas in partnership with G4S. This Department of Work and Pensions programme provides jobseekers with a consolidated range of employability services design to help secure and sustain work.

Delivered by our team of experienced Employment Consultants from offices across the South-East, ‘Work Programme’ offers specialised employment courses including:

• Job Searching and Application
   

• Confidence building

In addition, RBLI’s Condition Management team provide a range of additional modules focussed around managing a disability or health condition in the workplace.
