We offer a range of government-funded programmes for supporting the employment of people with disabilities and those with long-term health needs. These are delivered in a supportive environment by our team of skilled personal employment advisers and support staff.

These include:

Access to Work
Designed to provide help to disabled people who are experiencing disability related challenges within work and need to overcome them.

Work Programme
Work Programme is a Department for Work and Pensions employability service delivered in partnership with G4S. Providing a consolidated series of workshops based around securing and sustaining employment, Work Programme provides jobseekers with dynamic and specialised support into work..

Work Choice
Work Choice is a voluntary government supported programme designed to provide a tailored employment service to help people, who due to their disability, may find it difficult to find or keep a job. We work in partnership with Shaw Trust and Job Center Plus to deliver the WorK Choice Programme in Newcastle and support people in the surrounding area.
  
As well as our own offices throughout Kent, Sussex and North East we are also working with a number of partner organisations who may be able to offer support in your local area. Workshops
To complement these programmes and help you into work we also offer a variety of workshops which, if needed, can be tailored to suit your individual abilities and circumstances.
